2. List and describe rationale for two specific types of strength training crucial for optimizing health and performance in perimenopause
3. Describe three characteristics of wise aerobic training in perimenopause
4. List recommended daily intake, real food sources, & role of the following nutrients: water, fiber, protein, iron

1. Identify 1-2 for each: modifiable sleep challenges, valid/reliable sleep screening tool, tips to enhance recovery/sleep quality & quanity
2. List and describe rationale for two (2) specific types of strength training crucial for optimizing long term health and vitality
3. Describe 2-3 key features of wise aerobic (cardio) training in menopause
4. List recommended daily intake, real food sources, & role of the following nutrients: water, fiber, protein, iron
Intended Audience: Active and athletic women age 50+ and those to care for them: PTs, MDs, NPs, PAs, DOs, coaches, personal trainers, athletic trainers, teachers, massage therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and the college educated public.
