This class focuses on enhancing strength, mobilty, posture and well being in active individuals

Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Pace: SLOW

This class focuses on enhancing posture, restoring movement in joints, gentle strength, balance, and well-being. Chair modifications are offered where possible for those who need.

Location: Covenant Church 326 S. Segoe Road in Madison (& as needed 6300 Enterprise Lane in Madison)

Class Objectives: upon completion participants will be able to

learn & practice research backed breathing and inner layer core muscle exercises
discuss healthy pelvic floor habits for sport & life
describe how soft tissue mobility work optimizes inner layer core strength
demonstrate at least one key coordination technique for long term pelvic health
demonstrate good form for 3-5 (appropriately leveled) foundational stabilization exercises
